Do You Offer Resources to Special Needs Families?
Every two weeks, we publish a new episode of Beyond Disability Texas, the podcast that Identifies and Highlights Available Resources for Special Needs Families and Caregivers in Texas.
Before committing to an interview date and time however, we always schedule a pre-interview call with potential guests to be sure that the show topic remains family friendly and is relevant to our San Antonio listeners. Of course, like other interview shows, we must reserve the right to offer (or decline) an interview slot based upon that conversation.

GENERAL GUEST INFORMATION
We schedule Guest Interviews on Saturday afternoons, due to our weekday commitments. That said, we try to be as flexible as possible, so if you have a day, date, or time requirement just let us know. The typical episode lasts 30-45 minutes, so you can expect the interview to last approximately 45-60 minutes in total.
For your convenience we use Calendly.com to schedule interview dates and times. We maintain a full four months of Saturdays for your consideration. Once we confirm your interest in being a Guest on the show, we'll send you a custom Calendly.com link.
Recording by Telephone
We like to meet our Guests in-person, but with busy schedules we know that it is sometimes difficult to arrange. In most circumstance, we will suggest doing your interview through a simple phone call.
Releasing Your Episode
We typically publish episodes on Sundays. If you would like your interview to be released on a specific Sunday, just tell us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Distributing the Show
When published, all interview episodes of our show are available at BeyondRiverWalk.com and wherever podcasts are distributed, including iTunes, Spotify, and Google Podcasts. Most of our listeners use podcast listening apps that they download to devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, desktops and smart TVs. By far, the most popular listening app is Apple's iTunes Podcasts.
In addition to those traditional podcast distribution channels, we also post episode links to the show's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as to the show hosts' personal accounts. We encourage our Guests to do the same on their business and personal accounts.
